The continuous drying line type SP has been designed to optimize the use of MA type pasta press and to produce premium quality pasta. Drying technology is high temperature with process time ranging 4 hrs. High temperature process improves boiling time,enhances colour,assures a safe,healthy product. Thanks to the short process time SP line is compact,requires little space lenghtwise and heightwise,so that it can be assembled in most existing buildings. Installation time is short and maintenance semplified. Process is totally automated and requires no labour. SP line is composed of Pre-Dryer type PE and of Final Dryer type TN. |
