Pasta Production Equipment and Lines
Secom pasta equipment and lines are tailored for the middle size pasta producer.
The aim is to allow him compete with market leaders both in terms of product quality and production cost.
Quality is assured through modern technology while low production cost is achieved thanks to automated production process.
Tecnology
-Press works completely under vacuum from raw material dosing till the exit of the die
-Drying is performed at high temperature with process cycle ranging 4 hours.
Process
- Production process is continuous:labour needed for production is zero
-Machines are engineered for 3 shift work schedule
-Maintenance need is minimum. At the end of production cycle cleaning procedure is simple and easy.

Surprisingly enough Secom continuous processing line isn't much more expensive than a traditional plant where press is without vacuum or isn't continuous,and where drying is done in static cabin or low temperature dryers.
