type pasta press operates under vacuum from the dosing units till die
exit, according to the technology that proved to be the best. The process
is fully automatic. Pasta has a bright colour, compact texture, and good
resistance to boiling. PCO type pasta press allows the medium and small
manufacturer to complete with the market leaders, because it makes
available to him the same extrusion technology and product quality. PCO
type pasta press offers all features of an industrial size press: machine
is mounted on a platform to allow placing the shaker-pre-drier (trabatto)
under the extrusion head. Extrusion head is 90° type with horizontal die,
so to allow the use of penne cutter. Cutting attachment has ventilation
system to avoid steam condensation. Control panel is placed at floor level
but machine can be controlled from remote box placed on the platform. Tecnology and Technical Features - under vacuum process; - flour doser with hardened stainless steel rotating valve; - liquid doser with volumetric pump; - continuous adjustment of doser rpm; - mixer completely made in stainless steel and with adjustable paddles; - jacketed cylinder for afficient cooling; - compression screw made in hardened stainless steel; - reduction gear box with built in thrust bearing; - dry type vacuum pump. Vacuummeter, filter, and vacuum tank are included; - extrusion head with pressure meter; - die extraction with hydraulic pump (die changeover in less than 5 minutes);; - variable speed cutter; - construction according to CE regulation. |
